Group Classes
My online live streamed group mat Pilates classes have a focus on improving alignment and postural strength, as well as managing everyday aches and pains. During classes we mobilise and strengthen the whole of the body, including the shoulders, hips, neck and spine. We also do standing exercises to work on the feet and ankles to improve strength and balance. We use resistance bands to help strengthen muscles and also do plenty of weight bearing exercises to build bone density which is important for all age groups, but even more so as we get older.
The small class size of 8-10 people means that I can give lots of feedback and correct any faulty movement patterns. I can also modify movements if you are recovering from an injury or are experiencing pain, or if you have a condition like osteoporosis or stenosis.
New course dates for live streamed zoom classes:
Wednesday 1.30-2.30 from 26th February - 2 April, £60 (6 weeks)
Thursday 1.30-2.30 from 27th February - 3 April, £60 (6 weeks)
I recommend doing a few drop in classes at £10 per session (usually £13 for drop ins) before you commit to a half term block. You can get in touch with me at info@letsmovepilates.co.uk if you’d like to try a class. There’s plenty of flexibility with my class bookings. If there’s a week when you can’t make your usual class, then you can switch to the other class time, or do a catch up session at another time during the half term.
